Residual urine was 350 mL. Cystometry showed detrusor areflexia but normal urethral pressure upon bladder distention. No detrusor hyperreflexia or detrusor-sphincter dyssynergy was seen. Micturition was committed by abdominal strain. Pabd indicates abdominal pressure; Pdet, detrusor pressure; Pves, pelvic pressure; Pura, urethral pressure.
