We present the unusual case of a 13-week cornual ectopic pregnancy with fetal movement. The patient presented with a protuberant abdomen, intoxicated with cocaine and alcohol, and in hemodynamic compromise. Bedside emergency ultrasonography led to rapid diagnosis and treatment.
